FULL SERVICE CATERING Local Smoke will cook onsite with a smoker on a trailer and/or a grill. We will provide a friendly staff to cook, set-up, service and clean up the buffet line. You can simply sit-back and enjoy, while taking all the credit! Local Smoke is available to cater all types of events, including weddings, corporate events and luncheons, pig roasts, tailgate parties, graduation parties, yacht club parties and other large events. Local Smoke will work with any corporation to bring our award winning BBQ into the office. Our friendly staff will drop-off and set-up for a quick luncheon meeting or we will work with you to plan a larger company outing or party. We have successfully worked with UBS and Merrill Lynch and would be honored to serve our authentic BBQ to your employees.

Pre-order your selections and Local Smoke will deliver the food at a specified time at serving temperature in disposable chafing dishes. This is a great and easy way to enjoy Local Smoke’s award winning BBQ!

Give us 24 hours and Local Smoke will prepare your selections in foil containers for pick-up. We can either provide it at serving temperature or cold with heating instructions.
