Our passion for BBQ started over 5 years ago when a family member started a competition BBQ team. After years of working as apprentices, we started our own team, Fat Angel BBQ in 2007. Fat Angel BBQ was named the unofficial Rookie Team of the Year in 2007 and was most recently named the Grand Champion at the NJ State BBQ Championship in Wildwood, NJ with a first place overall finish!
