Steve - What a great time we had at our party. The weather was fantastic, the drinks were cold and the food was AWESOME. Thank you for arriving early and setting everything up to our liking. I have received countless emails thanking us for a great time and commenting on the food and the service that was provided. The whole set up was perfect… Just that alone was a success but the presentation and the taste was way better than I expected. I sure hope that we have some more parties in the future and that you don’t forget us because your business has blown up some much.

“As someone who has in recent years become a huge fan of BBQ, and attended numerous competitions over that time, I can state unequivocally: The Fat Angel Competitive Barbecue Team cooks up the best smoked food I’ve ever had.
The standouts for me are the brisket, ribs, as well as the “time consuming…Slow-Smoked Jalapeņo Poppers!” Those are a must have item.
I travel all around the country, and have since tried many different types of BBQ at many locations, and many well established restaurants do not compare. The only fault I find with Fat Angel is they’ve raised the Bar-B-Cue-Bar so high, my expectations of what BBQ should be have risen as well. Unfortunately, few others seem to meet the challenge, which leaves me wanting more of their food.”
